8kbat Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

8kbat (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "8kbat") is an online gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 8kbat and its users ("you", "player").

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Using 8kbat's website, mobile app, or any other channel constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.

• Providing false information about your age during registration is strictly prohibited.
• 8kbat may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Failure to verify your age may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
• Depositing or using funds in a minor's name is strictly prohibited, and any such amounts will not be refunded.

8kbat accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• 8kbat does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Using deposits for money laundering or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

8kbat strictly adheres to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from 8kbat:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

All games on 8kbat are conducted fairly and impartially. A third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to ensure no manipulation of game outcomes is possible.

• If a technical error causes an abnormal result in any game, that round will be considered void.
• If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any active bet is saved on the server and will be available once you reconnect.
• If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, you may raise a complaint with the support team. 8kbat's server logs will be considered the final and conclusive record.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kbat platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
• Placing artificial or structured bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system using software bots, automation tools, or any other technical means.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other players or 8kbat staff.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fake documents.

• Spending Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to close your account temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded at regular intervals of how long you have been playing.

8kbat staff will not send promotional communications to any player who has set up self-exclusion or account limits.

8kbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If suspicious or unlawful activity is detected.
• If you submit a request to close your account.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be refunded subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance and any bonuses may be forfeited.

8kbat is not responsible for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a third-party technical issue.
• If your account credentials are exposed due to your own negligence or your account is accessed without authorization.
